Luna CBD is currently seeking a sales professional to join our team as our Account Manager - Southeast to promote and sell market leading CBD products.  We’re looking for a motivated and engaging individual who is passionate about wellness and improving the lives of others. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales of our CBD products.  This is a Business to Business sales opportunity.


Most CBD companies out there identify themselves as just that – CBD companies.  Luna CBD is an education company that has a line of high-quality, hemp-derived CBD supplements.  We provide our customer accounts with extensive training and knowledge around our products and CBD in general, helping them to sell not only our products, but to grow their overall businesses as well.


Responsibilities 
The Account Manager is responsible for the successful planning, development and execution of his/her sales strategy plan to achieve personal and company sales goals.


An effective Account Manager needs to: 

 

  • Become a fanatic about the industry 

  • Clearly communicate the value of our training and education program and resources, as well as our CBD products themselves

  • Development of an executable Account Manager Business Plan to establish and meet/exceed your sales goals

  • Identify new business opportunities

  • Seek out and act on opportunities to be a brand ambassador within the territory

  • Target, qualify and pursue leads in accordance with company’s strategy and techniques

  • Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits

  • Service existing accounts as necessary

  • Create opportunities through a high volume of contact calls to potential clients

  • Provide accurate log for all scheduled and completed meeting with potential and existing clients

  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential client; explaining product, overcoming objectives

  • Provide excellence in customer service to manage and grow client accounts

  • Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with all clients and company staff

  • Complete our training program which includes: learning about our products, education about the the CBD industry; and utilization of other communication tools/applications

 

Qualifications 

  • College degree

  • 1-3 years sales experience preferred

  • Self-starter, highly motivated and outgoing

  • Previous experience with client management

  • Willing and receptive to training and personal development

  • Social Media Marketing Experience a plus

  • Successful track record selling in a competitive and growing market

  • Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Basic Quickbooks

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
